Step 1 · Photos

Start with a photo.

Pick one photo or a few, straight from your phone or computer. That's the only thing you have to do.

Step 2 · Place

It already knows where.

The town and county come from your photos' own data. Wrong, or private? Change it, or switch the place off.

Step 3 · Questions

It looks. Then asks.

It studies your photos and asks what a good colleague would. You tap the answers. No typing, no blank page.

Step 4 · Title and date

Title and date. Sorted.

A clear title is suggested, and the date finished comes from your photos. Keep them, or change them.

Step 5 · Write-up

Words, written for you.

A description of the job, in plain words, from your answers. Read it, tweak it, or have it written again.

Step 6 · Publish

Preview it. Publish it.

See how it will look, then press Publish. Nothing goes live until you say.

Why your work page goes quiet

Your finished jobs are your best sales pitch. Yet most websites never get past the first few, and it's not because the owner doesn't care.

There just never seems to be time.

  • The job's done, the next one has started

    No time

The website can wait. Then it waits a year.

  • Staring at a blank box

    Hard to write up

Trying to sound professional about a job you did last month.

  • Newest project: two years old

    Quiet looks bad

Customers wonder if you're still busy. Or still trading.

Want this on your website?

Adding your work becomes as easy as posting a photo. I'll build it into your website with your wording and your look, so your latest work is always up to date. Prices start from £149, and you always get a fixed price before I start. Tell me what your business does and I'll quote.

Common Questions

Is this a real tool?

Yes. It's a cut-down copy of a tool I built for a joinery business, so they can add their latest jobs to their website in a few minutes, without a web designer. This page is a demo, so nothing you do here is saved or published.

Why does it ask me questions?

Because photos can't tell the whole story. A picture shows a finished deck, but not that it was rotten underneath, or that the access was tight. Your answers make the write-up about your job, not a generic one.

Are my photos kept?

No. The date and place are read inside your browser. To work out what the job is, up to three photos are sent to an AI service, Anthropic, and your answers go with them to write the text. Nothing is stored on my website or kept by me.

Does it publish where the job was?

Only the town or village, and only if you want it. The exact position the photo was taken at is never shown, and you can switch the place off completely.

Who checks what the AI writes?

You do. The draft is only a starting point: you read it, change anything that isn't right, and nothing goes on your website until you press Publish.

Can I have this on my own website?

Yes. I build it into your website with your wording, your photos and your look, and it works for any business that has finished jobs to show: builders, decorators, gardeners, photographers and more. Prices start from £149, and you always get a fixed price before I start. Message me what you do and I'll quote.
